摘要
科研是学科建设的一个重要方面,要发挥科研在学科建设中的先导作用,就必须增强科研实力,通过科研项目研究,优化科研项目团队,培育学科梯队;通过科研与教学的结合,形成教研互动机制,提高教学与人才培养质量;通过科研成果的转化,不断提高服务社会的能力;通过争取科研项目,获取资金,逐步完善学科基础条件建设,从而最终推动学科建设。
Scientific research is one of the important aspects of discipline construction. In order to display the forerunner function of scientific research in discipline construction, we must boost up the scientific research, optimize the scientific research team and form scientific echelon in the process of researching activity, form teaching - researching interaction mechanism, enhance the teaching and training of talented person＇s quality by linking the scientific research and teaching together, enhance the capability of serving the society by introducing the scientific research production to society, and get more funds to consummate the discipline foundation condition by earning scientific research item. Recuring to the approaches mentioned above,we will promote the discipline construction.
