摘要
为观察激光针刀及关节腔内注射施沛特(透明质酸钠)联合应用治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。将167例患者随机分为三组,观察组58例,采用激光针刀配合关节腔内注射施沛特治疗;对照Ⅰ组56例,单纯采用激光针刀治疗;对照Ⅱ组53例,关节腔内注射施沛特。1个疗程(5周)结束后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组有效率为100%,与其他两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01),对照Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组有效率分别为89.3%和88.7%,两组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。表明激光针刀及关节腔内注射联合应用对老年膝骨性关节炎临床修复疗效确切,值得临床推广。
To observe clinical effect of Laser acupuncture compounding Sofast (Sodium Hyaluronate) injected in joint cavity used to cure osteoarthritis of knee joints in old ages. 167 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints were randomly divided into three groups, group A (58 cases, Laser acupuncture compounding injection in joint cavity with Sofast for observation), group B (56 cases, merely Laser acupuncture for curing) and group C (53 cases, injection in joint cavity with Sofast ). Curative effects of all were evaluated after a course of treatment (5 weeks). Effective power of group A was 100% and had extremely significant difference compared with those of two others (P<0.01). So the effective powers of group B and group C were 89.3% and 88.7% respectively, and had no significant difference of them (P>0.05). It showed that the method of Laser acupuncture compounding injection in joint cavity on curing osteoarthritis of knee joints in old ages had certain curative effect and was worth being extended clinically.
