摘要
运用模糊信息处理方法,通过对大量的楔横轧模具设计的实际数据进行模糊处理,进而得出断面收缩率与成形角α、展宽角β的模糊关系.依据模糊关系,选择合理的推理方法,确定出工艺参数,解决了模具设计智能CAD中工艺参数的自动选取问题.
The Selection of processing pararneters is the most important step for the cross wedge rolling designing. The fuzzy information processing methods are used to analyze the data of dies, and the fuzzy relationships among technological parameters as well as theer applications are presented. By using the fuzzy reasoning methods, the param-eters such as formation angle α, contraction ratio of area , can be determined automati-cally in the CAD system.
