摘要
以羊胎盘为原料,用生理盐水为提取溶剂,考察了温度、时间、pH值、底物浓度因素对其影响,以求最佳值,它们是:浓度为1∶3,温度为60度,时间为60分钟,pH自然。
The Lamb Placenta was used as the main material and the solvent of extraction was physiological saline in the study. The effects of temperature, time, pH, and substrate etc. had been studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were： concentration 1 ： 3, temperature 60℃ time 60min, natural pH.
