和谐文化是实现社会和谐的文化源泉和精神动力,在建设和谐文化的过程中,必须正确处理好文化继承与文化创新、文化开放与文化安全、文化事业与文化产业之间的关系,以巩固和谐社会的思想道德基础。
The harmonious culture is the spiritual motivation of the harmonious socialist society. We must deal well with the relations between culture inheriting and culture innovation, culture opening and culture safety, culture enterprise and culture production during constructing the harmonious culture.
