摘要
液化天然气(LNG)具有燃烧值高,对大气无污染等特点,被誉为洁净的绿色新能源,它还是优质的化工原料,因此,LNG越来越得到广泛地应用。但是LNG的缺点是易燃、易爆、相态易变等,一般采用低温液化储存。随着液化天然气行业的发展,LNG低温储罐的建设逐渐引起人们的广泛关注。随着液化天然气消耗量的增加,LNG储罐也在不断向着大型化发展。然而,大型化必然导致一系列相应问题的产生。研究了建设LNG低温储罐所用的9%Ni钢、焊接材料以及相应的焊接工艺,阐述了在焊接过程中容易出现的问题及其对策,为国内LNG低温储罐焊接工艺研究提供技术参考。
LNG has the characteristics of high burning efficiency, no pollution to the environment, called new clean green energy. In addition, LNG also is an excellent chemical raw material and is used in various fields. However, LNG has some defects, such as combustible, explosive, easy changing phase and so on. In order to reduce investment, its storage is in lower temperature and liquated state. With the development of the LNG industry, the building of low temperature storage tanks is exciting people's concern widely. With the increasing consumption of liquefied natural gas, the LNG storage tank is also becoming increasingly huge and results in corresponding problems. This paper aims at the welding technics study of 9%Ni steel used for LNG low temperature storage tank, especially expatiates the main problems of 9%Ni steel welding and its countermeasures, which provide the technique consult to the welding of 9%Ni steel.
