摘要
目的据外踝解剖学特点设计外踝锁定钢板,通过生物力学比较分析,论证外踝锁定钢板性能优势。方法测量30例外踝数据,设计外踝锁定钢板(ELP),绘图、生产之。测试ELP、外踝及固定模型力学并比较分析。结果ELP与外踝生物力学近似,固定外踝骨折比重建钢板更优越。结论ELP适用成人外踝Weber B和部分Weber C、Weber A骨折固定,对粉碎性、骨质疏松性骨折尤为适用。
objective According to the anatomical characteristic of the lateral malleolus, design the extramalleolus locking plate (ELP),then analyze the vitodynamics property of the ELP,to prove the performance preponderance of the ELPo Methods Measured the datas of the lateral malleolus, designed the ELP, drew its picture and produced them. Recorded the dynamics property data of the ELP, the lateral malleolus and fixed model, then compareed and analyzed them. Results there is some similarity between the ELP and the lateral malleolus, and the ELP is furthe excellent in fixing the lateral mal- leolus fracture, compared with the rebuilding plate. Conclusion The ELP is fit to the Weber'B, part of the Weber'C and Weber' A fracture of the adult lateral malleolus, And it will be applicable especially to crashing fracture and the osteoporotic fracture.
