摘要
以无凸轮电液驱动气门(EHCV)的开发为研究背景,运用SIMULINK工具建立了系统的仿真模型,以利于无凸轮电液驱动气门控制策略算法的开发与仿真研究。通过改变模型的参数值,分析影响系统性能的因素,优化系统性能。并以此模型为平台,进行了气门峰值升程PID控制的研究。进行了低转速下的实验,结果能较好地与仿真结果相吻合。
A full dynamic model for the Electrohydraulic Camless Valvetrain (EHCV) has been developed in order to facilitate the design and simulation. The model speeds up the system development process by simulation effects of parameter changes. It also can be modified to provide a platform for control strategy development. The PID control match of the low engine maintains peak lift in presence of variations in engine operation condition. A good speed experimental data and the simulation results.
