摘要 介绍了项目导向型组织理论的发展及其主要框架.分析了第三方物流的项目特点。提出了第三方物流企业的项目导向型组织模式,并从战略、文化、结构、管理机制等四个方面分析了其主要构成要素。 The paper introduces the development and the main framework of Project-oriented organization theory, analyzes the project features of 3PL, puts forward the project-oriented organization mode for the 3PL enterprises and analyzes its main elements.
