摘要
在市场经济系统中,企业作为其中的一个子系统和市场中的其他子系统不断地进行着紧密的业务合作,从而实现自身的经营战略目标.企业供应链是企业与市场中其他战略合作伙伴开展业务的重要方式,同时供应链绩效的改善是提高企业核心竞争力的重要途径,因此对企业供应链绩效评价及指标设计问题的研究具有重要的价值.论文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,从企业供应链职能管理的角度构建了供应链绩效评价的多层评价指标体系;该体系由组织管理、信息管理、需求管理、物流管理、运作管理和营销管理等6个一级指标及其23个二级指标组成.提出运用标杆评价法对供应链整体绩效进行评价,并建立了相应的数学模型.
In market economy system,as a subsystem,an enterprise is carrying on the close cooperation in operations with other subsystems constantly in order to achieve its own strategic target.Enterprise supply chain is an important way to develop cooperation with other strategy partners in the market,while improving the performance of enterprise supply chain is an important way to enhance the core competitive ability of the enterprise.Therefore the study on the integrated performance evaluation and indicator design of enterprise supply chain is of important value.Based on basics of research results from both at home and abroad,a multilevel evaluation index system of supply chain performance has been constructed in the paper.The system consists of such 6 first level indicators and 23 second indicators.The 6 first level indicators is composed of organization management,information management,demand management,logistics management,operation management and marketing management.Also,benchmarking-evaluation method is used to evaluate the integrated performance of enterprise supply chain.The corresponding mathematic model is established in this paper.
