摘要
研究了双酚A在超/亚临界乙醇、甲醇中,在温度160~280℃、压力1.1~11.3 MPa、反应时间5~60 min、投料比(v/m)4.0~12.0条件下的热稳定性,研究表明:双酚A热稳定性随温度、压力及反应时间的增加而降低;温度从160℃上升至280℃,在超/亚临界甲醇中双酚A回收率从93%下降至25%,在超/亚临界乙醇中双酚A回收率从92%下降至34%;双酚A在超/亚临界乙醇中比甲醇中稳定.双酚A分解产物经GC-MS分析主要为苯酚、对异丙烯基苯酚等,表明超临界乙醇与甲醇不参与双酚A的分解反应.研究结果为正确选择解聚流体和操作参数提供了依据.
The thermal stability of bisphenol A(BPA) in supercritical/subcritical ethanol or methanol was investigated on the condition of temperature 160~280 ℃,pressure 1.1~11.3 MPa,reaction time 5~60 min and ratio of fluid/BPA(v/m)4.0~12.0,respectively.The results showed that the thermal stability of BPA in supercritical/subcritical fluids decreased as temperature,pressure and reaction time increased.When the temperature increased from 160 ℃ to 280 ℃,the recovery of BPA decreased from 93% to 25% in supercritical/subcritical methanol,and decreased from 92% to 34% in supercritical/subcritical ethanol,respectively;The thermal stability of BPA in supercritical/subcritical ethanol is better than that in supercritical/subcritical methanol.According to the analysis of GC-MS,the main products are phenol,p-isopropenylphenol,etc..The results provided a theoretical basis for selecting depolymerization fluid and operating parameters correctly.
