摘要
目的研究采用高效液相法测定麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,以提高该药的质控水平。方法Agilent Zorbax—C18柱;乙腈-0.025mol·ml^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(磷酸调凭pH值3.0)(5:95)为流动相;检测波长为206nm;柱温30℃;流速1ml·min^-1。结果线性范围92.81~773.40ng;平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、灵敏,重现性好。
Aim To establish a method of RP-HPLC for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in ganmao capsule,to promote the quality control of this medicine. Methods Agilent zorbax-Cls column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 025 mol · ml^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate( pH value adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid) ( 5: 95 ). Detection wavelength was at 206 nm. Column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate is 1 ml ·min^- 1. Results The linear range was between 92.81 and 773.40 ng. The average recovery rate of ephedrine hydrochloride was 99.9% and RSD was 0.8 (n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible.
