摘要
研究研究了N-β-萘酚醛-D-氨基葡萄糖席夫碱及其7种新金属络合物的表面增强喇曼光谱(SERS),探讨了它们的振动光谱特征,发现它们在银胶上的吸附方式并不相同,因而在SERS光谱中存在着明显差异。用SERS光谱研究了它们与DNA的作用。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering of seven new Schiff base chelates derived from d-glucosamine and 2-hydroxy-naphthaldehyde and their effect on DNA were studied. It was found that their ability of interaction with DNA was different. Two iron chelfites showed stronger effect on DNA.
