紫叶稠李叶片不同叶序花青苷与化学成分的相关性 被引量:16

CORRELATIONS OF PIGMENTS AND OTHER CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF PRUNUS VIRGINIANA SCHUBERT' IN DIFFERENT LEAF POSITION

摘要 本研究以紫叶稠李(Prunus virginiana‘Schubert’)为试材,对其不同叶位叶片进行花青苷、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖及10种常量和微量元素的测定,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,当花青苷与总叶绿素的比值约为1∶2.84时叶片开始转为淡紫色,当花青苷与总叶绿素含量的比值大于1∶1.14时,紫叶稠李叶片转变为紫红色。可溶性糖与花青苷表现正相关关系。紫叶稠李叶片中钙、锰,特别是锰的含量较高。10种矿质元素中,对花青苷的含量影响较大的是磷、钾、钙、铁、锰、铜,其中磷与花青苷呈显著的负相关,钾、钙、铁、锰、铜与花青苷含量呈显著或极显著的正相关。各种矿质元素与叶绿素、类胡萝卜素的含量的相关关系表现比较一致。对叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量影响比较大的矿质元素是氮、镁,其中氮与叶绿素和类胡萝卜素呈显著正相关,镁与两者表现出极显著正相关。 The concentration of pigments and other chemical components including anthocyanins,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,solubility sugar and 10 kinds of macroelement and microelement were investigated using P.virginiana Schubert',and calculated the relativity of the data.The result indicated the leaf color turn mauve when the ratio of anthocyanin and total chlorophyll was above 1:2.84,and it turn amaranth when the ratio of anthocyanin and total chlorophyll was above 1:1.14 the change of leaf color was determined by the synthesis of anthocyanin and the decomposability of chlorophyll and carotenoids.The soluble sugar and the anthocyanin had a positive correlativity.The contents of Ca and Mn were high in the leaf of P.virginiana Schubert',especially the Mn.The mineral elements such as P,K,Ca,Fe,Mn,Cu had stronger influence with the anthocyanin in the 10 kinds of mineral elements. The content of P had a highly negative correlation with anthocyanin,and K,Ca,Fe,Mn,Cu all had very significant positive correlation with anthocyanin.The mineral elements had a resemble correlation with chlorophyll and carotenoids.The contents of N,Mg had an obvious effect on the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids,and N,Mg had a very significant positive correlation with them.
