摘要
针对3150T挤压机挤压筒内衬产生龟裂后,无法将内衬从挤压筒中取出的难题,利用钢铁在高温条件下遇氧气燃烧的原理,通过专门设计的配套装置对产生龟裂的挤压筒内衬进行切割、取出,并对挤压筒内壁进行检查修复,使其可以重新投入生产使用。同时,通过分析挤压筒内衬产生龟裂的原因,采取了相应的改进措施。实践证明,此修复办法及改进措施均有效可行。
In view of the difficulty in cracked lining withdrawl from the extrusion chamber of 3150T extru- der,specially-designed accessory unit is used to cut off and withdraw the cracked lining. Upon checkup and repair of the inner wall of the extrusion chamber,the extruder can again be put into operation. Through a- nalysis of the cause of the crack in the lining, corresponding improvement are made. The practice proved that this method and improvement are feasible and effective.
