摘要
民族权利法律保障机制作为一个人造系统,目的性是其重要特征之一。民族权利法律保障机制目的是多元的。民族权利法律保障机制的目的对要素、结构和功能有着重要的影响。研究民族权利法律保障机制的目的,对于民族权利法律保障机制的设立和完善,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有立法、行政执法和司法的价值。
