摘要
对涤锦超细纤维经编面料的性能特点进行了分析,叙述了该面料的染整生产工艺,包括煮练、漂白、染色、定形等过程的工艺条件,认为必须注意染料选用和稳定染整加工工艺参数。
In this paper are analyzed the performance properties of ultra-fine polyester warp knitted face fabric and described its dyeing and finishing process technology including the technological conditions in its scouting, bleaching, dyeing and setting. Attentions must be drawn to the propedy selection of dyestuffs and to stabilize the processing parameters in its dyeing and finishing.
