摘要
对比了几种假捻器的结构特点,并阐述了影响粗纱假捻效果的因素,针对4种不同的假捻器做了纺纱实验对比,表明新型橡胶和聚氨酯假捻器结构合理、性能良好,在提高纺纱段捻度、改善粗纱前后排伸长率差异及粗纱和细纱质量方面有明显效果。
In this paper are contrasted the structure characteristics of several roving false twist devices and expounded the factors affecting the roving false twist. Spinning experiment contrast of four different false twist devices indicates that the new type of rubber and polyester false twist device is of reasonable structure and fine performance. It has evident effect on increasing spinning twist, reducing roving elongation difference between front and back pack and improving roving and spinning quality.
