摘要
利用AutoCAD2006的块编辑器创建了一套常用标准件的动态块,以螺栓为例,介绍了定义动态块的方法,实现了标准结构的参数化设计。同时利用工具选项板建立参数化标准件图库,极大地提高了设计效率,保证了图样的标准化程度与质量。该方法在标准零件的参数化设计以及建立行业标准或常用参数化零件图库方面不失为有效的方法,具有一定的推广价值。
The dynamic block of the standard part is established through using the block editor of AutoCAD2006, and to take the bolt as example, the method to definite the dynamic block is introduced and the parametric design of a standard construction is realized. By means of the tool template ,the parametric drawing library of dynamic block for common and standard parts is established, which would greatly improve the efficiency of design and ensure the standardization and quality for computer drawing. This method that commonly used to establish industry standards or library area is effective for the parametric design of the standard parts and components.
