摘要
本文报道以幼虫蛀食圆柏种子的圆柏大痣小蜂新种,并详细描述其分类特征及与近似种的区别。该蜂分布于甘肃省张掖、青海省乌兰和祁连。
Megastigmus sabinae sp. nov. (figs. 1-11)Female, 3.1-3.6 mm. Abdomen 1.4-1.6 mm., ovipositor sheath 2.36-2.6 ram. Head and thorax orange yellow, abdmen yellow brown. Antcnnal funicle and club blackish brown. Anterior part of mid lobe of mesoscutum orange red, propodeum mainly white.Head dorsally 1.6 times as wide as long. POL:OOL:OCL -1.5:1:1.1. Antennal scrobe shallow, attaining anterior ocellus. Frenum weakly longitudinally wrinkled. Fore wing big, marginal vein a little shorter than postmarginal vein, basal cell closed below, stigma short, 1.47 times as long as wide.Male, 15-4.5 mm., darker than female. Fl clearly thicker and longer than pedicel. Stigma 1.2 times as long as wide.This species is similar to Megastigmus aculeatus (Swed.), but can be distinguished by at least following three points: anterior part of mesoscutum mainly orange red, posterior part orange; propodeum white, only a little black at base; ovipositor sheath shorter than thorax and abdomen combined.Holotype ♀, allotype ♂, Zhangye (38°9'N, 100°4'E), Gansu Prov., 6. Ⅶ. 1984, collected by Zhang Weiming, No. 860663. Paratypes 106♀♀, 104♂♂. 56♀♀, 28♀♀, same data as the holotype; 1♂, Ulan (36°9'N, 98°4'E), Qinghai Prov., 7. Ⅶ. 1982, by Wu Hongyuan, No. 860759; 55♀♀, 75♂♂, Qilian (38°1'N, 100°2'E), Qinghai Prov., 30. Ⅶ. 1985, by Wu Hong-yuan, No. 870062. All specimens are phytophagus in seeds of Sabina przetvalskii Kom..All specimens are preserved in the Laboratory of Biological Control, Zhejiang Agricultural University, Hangzhou.
