摘要
目的:硫酸镁冷湿敷可抑制局部细胞活动,使神经末梢敏感性降低而减轻局部疼痛,减少静脉炎的发生率。方法:用30%硫酸镁纱布冷湿敷留置针部位,延长留置针留置时间。结果:合理运用硫酸镁冷湿敷,预防了静脉炎的发生。结论:冷湿敷组对血管效果明显优于对照组。
Objective： wet and cold compress with magnesium sulfate can suppress partial cell activities; make the sensitivity of the hence terminal down to alleviate the partial pain, so the occurrence of ptdebitis is able to level down. Methods：It is able to prolong the using time of BD Intima - Ⅱ integrated catheter that wet and cold compress with 30% Magnesium sulfate cover its position. Results： Making use of wet and cold compress rationally can prevent from the occurrence of the partial pain. Conclusion：The parts of wet and cool compress obviously exceed the part of comparison in the effects to blood vessel.
