摘要
信息化推动着企业的技术和管理不断向前发展,深入到企业的各个职能领域和每个角落。但是,纵观企业信息化的历史,失败的项目多于成功的项目,有些项目从决策阶段就注定了失败的命运。企业信息化的决策理论、模式和方法的研究是有着现实意义和指导意义的课题,要不断对其创新。
The informationization promotes the development of technology and management of the enterprise. It go into the each corner and every function field. However, review the history of enterprise informative process, the project of failure more than the project of success, the fate of some projects has been doomed to fail from decision stage. The decision theory of enterprise informative process and the research of method and pattern are the program that has realistic meaning and guidance meaning, to create constantly for it.
