摘要
本文论述了宏模型技术在集成电路和系统的计算机分析中的作用和要求.综述了宏模型的建立方法.以稳压电源和模拟开关两种常用的集成电路宏模型为例,说明了设计方法,并列出了手册上参量的标称值和模拟值.结果表明,宏模型对比于元件级模型,模拟效果很好,元件数量和计算时间大为减少.
The importance and requirements of maeromodel of integrated circuits and systems in CAA have been discussed.The methods of establishing macromodel are analyzed. As examples,macromodels of voltage regulator and analog switch are presented. This paper describes the design procedure and lists the specifications of the original circuitsand simulation results. Excellent agreement between the specification sheets and simulation results is obtained. The advantages of the macromodel of reduced circuit complexity and reduced CPU time are demonstrated.
