摘要
引进辊压机原装辊面在试生产2个月后辊面大面积剥落,造成减速机及轴承出现故障,系统产能降低,液压系统承载超负荷。采用进口焊丝现场修复,成本高,效果不佳且影响生产。郑州机械研究所利用自行研制生产的ZD系列药芯焊丝现场修复,工艺简单易行,性价比优势突出,修复效果显著,解决了大型辊压机辊面易剥落,耐磨性差的难题。
After trial operation for only two months, the original roller face of imported roller press was spalled off in large areas, which has caused failure of reducer and shaft bearings resulting in system capacity loss and overloading to hydraulic system. To repair at site adopting imported welding wire is a costly, time-intensive and imperfect method. Using ZD series welding wire with agent core developed by Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute will make the repairing process more easy with better results and outstanding performance-price ratio, which resolved the poor wearability and spalling problems of roller face in large-capacity roller presses.
