摘要
本文认为,物流产业发展与国民经济增长高度正相关,物流产业安全问题研究既有利于提高我国现代物流产业的产业安全度,也有助于促进国民经济健康发展。当前我国物流产业发展势头良好,在国民经济中的地位和作用不断提高,但其总体规模还比较小,整体效率不高,在发展过程中仍然存在诸多问题。随着外资的大举进入,我国物流产业的安全与发展势必面临巨大挑战。文章提出,为加快发展物流产业,提高产业安全度,必须逐步形成统一的物流产业政策体系,加快制定物流产业发展总体规划,加快物流基础设施建设,建立健全外资监测和规制体系,鼓励中国物流产业参与国际分工。
As considered in this article, the development of logistics industry and the growth of national economy is highly related, so the research on problems of logistics industry security is not only beneficial for improving the degree of security in China＇s modern logistics industry, but also helpful for promoting the healthy development of national economy. The article firstly defines the conception of logistics industry security, which refers to a status that the survival and development of logistics industry is free from any threat. It consists of two aspects, namely the security in survivability and development of logistics industry. Then, based on the analysis of development status of China＇s logistics industry, the article finds out the internal aad external factors for affecting logistics industry security and thus puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the logistics industry security problems.
