摘要
通过对晋城古书院矿12303、大同燕子山矿8911两个高产高效综采工作面通风参数、瓦斯粉尘状况和机电设备发热量与风流温升关系的实测、分析研究,得出了高产高效综采工作面的合理配风依据、供风标准、风量计算方法及合理通风系统;提出了机电设备发热量简要计算公式和适宜风速标准;研究还发现,国内一些书刊将工作面机电设备作为恒定发热源与风流进行热交换,会导致计算风量过大的结果。
Through field measurement and analysis of ventilation parameters,gas and dust condition and heat evolved from machines and electrical devices in two fully mechanized faces,the basis of air distribution,normal air velocity(1~1.5m/s)and rational ventilation system under different conditions of gas emission in fully mechanized faces are presented in the paper.The calculation based on Field measurement reveals that the computed air quantity would be excessively large when taking heat exchange between airflow and fixed heat sources such as face machines and electrical devices into consideration in some domestic books.
