SUMMIT枕颈内固定系统在上颈椎骨肿瘤切除后稳定性重建中的作用评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨SUMMIT枕颈(SUMMIT Occipito-Cervical,SUMMIT OC)内固定系统在上颈椎骨肿瘤切除术后枕颈稳定性重建中的作用和价值。方法2004年10月-2006年9月本院对16例患者进行了上颈椎骨肿瘤切除后SUMMIT枕颈内固定术,术后随访6-30个月,平均19个月。结果未出现神经血管损伤及内固定松动、断裂、移位等并发症。术后头颈位置保持良好,植骨均于术后3个月达到骨性愈合。1例出现脑脊液漏,经换药术后2周愈合。结论SUMMIT OC内固定系统在上颈椎骨肿瘤切除术后能够有效的维持枕颈部的即刻稳定,便于患者早期下床活动,提高患者生活质量,有利于枕颈植骨块融合。安装方便,适合在上颈椎骨肿瘤切除术后应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Summit OC system in stability reconstruction of upper cervical spine following bone tumour resection. Methods From Oct. 2004 to Sep. 2006, 16 patients who underwent upper cervical spine tumour resection, were fixed with Summit OC system to restore the cervical stability. All patients were followed up for 6- 30months, with a mean of 19 months. Results No complications of blood vessel, nerve injury, or internal fixation failure happened. The position of the head remains good, and bony fusion was achieved at 3 months postoperatively. Cerebrospinal fluid leak developed in 1 case and healed after 2-week conservative treatment. Conclusion Summit OC internal fixation system could provide immediate stability after tumour resection in the upper cervical spine, which has the advantages in simple manipulation, early function exercises, high fusion rate, and less complications.
