摘要
以稀土和钼为助剂用浸渍法和混碾法制备出一系列无铬铁系催化剂,同时运用XRD、TPR和TPD对催化剂的表面性质和CeO2、MoO3的作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,CeO2、MoO3能较大幅度地增加铁系催化剂的活性。CeO2与FeO3-MoO3催化剂之间发生了相互作用,MoO3能改善催化剂的氧化步骤,水的配位吸附是中温变换反应的低温活性中心,解离吸附是中变反应的高温活性中心。
This paper reproted a new type middle temperature CO shift catalyst which is prepared by selecting some rare earths and molybdenum to replace chromium and the adsorption-desorptions of a series of catalysts. The results show that the activity of Fe 2O 3-MoO 3-CeO 2 catalyst exceeds that of Fe 2O 3-Cr 2O 3 catalyst BX-1 being used in the industry.There is interaction between CeO 2 and Fe 2O 3-MoO 3.The addition of MoO 3 can improve the oxidizing step in the Redox mechanism to increase the activity of the catalyst.The reaction mainly takes place on the coordinative adsorption centres and the dissociative adsorption centres and the more the adsorption centres are, the higer the activity of the catalyst is .
