摘要
本文通过在碱性药皮中添加适量多种稀土剂进行的试验，研制出一种新型含稀土焊条。该焊条不仅工艺性能优良，而且发挥了稀土元素在钢焊缝中的净化、细化及改善组织的作用，获得以晶内细小针状铁素体为基的焊缝组织，低温韧性好。
In this paper a new kind of electrode containing rare earth was developed by adding suitable amount of varied rare earth additives into basic covering.The results show that the electrode not only has excellent technological properity, but also makes weld microstructure fine acicular ferrite due to purifying and fining effect of rare earth. As a result, the weld metal has good low temperature toughness.
