摘要
目的分析老年肺结核患者的临床发病特点,探讨其护理对策。方法回顾性分析本院132例老年肺结核患者的临床资料。结果发现其传染性大、病程长、并发症多且心理状况差。结论护理时应根据老年肺结核患者的特殊情况采取相应的护理措施,以提高老年肺结核患者的治愈率和生存质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of senile patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and investigate the strategies for their nursing. Methods A retrospective analysis of data in 132 senile patients with pulmonary tuberculosis was carried out in this hospital. Results The characteristics of senile patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were great in infectivity, long course of duration, numerous complications and poor psychological condition. Conclusion The nursing for these patients should be taken with some distinct measures according to patients＇conditions, so as to raise the efficacious rate and ameliorate their livelihood.
