摘要
制备了ZnTSSP/TiO2、GaTSPC/TiO2和共吸附ZnTSSP、GaTSPc/TiO2电极,并研究了它们的光电特性.结果表明,共吸附的ZnTSSP、GaTSPc/TiO2电极不仅拓宽了光电响应范围,而且提高了光电转换效率,特别是提高了GaTSPc的光电转换效率.其原因可能是GaTSPc的聚集体没有敏化作用,而卟啉和酞菁分子与TiO2共吸附可以减少GaTSPc的聚集。
ZnTSPP/TiO2, GaTSPc/TiO2 and co-adsorbed ZnTSPP, GaTSPc/TiO, electrodes have been prepared- The spectroscopic and photovoltaic properties of these electrodes have been studied. The results indicate that the electrode co-adsorbed with porphyrin and phthalocyanlne can not only expend the spectra of photo-current action, but also enhance the efficiency of the incidentanphot0n-current-convers (IPCE), especially enhance the efficiency of IPCE of GaTSPc. This is because the aggregates of GaTSPc have no the sensitization effect, and the aggregates of GaTSPc decrease by co-adsorption of porphyrin and phthalocyanine, so the sensitization effect ability of phthalocyanine is increased signification.
