摘要
在城市物流的绩效评价中，指标权重的确定十分关键，本文在阐述了主成分分析的基本原理及实际操作步骤的基础上，以山东省17个城市为例，探讨了在城市物流绩效评价中如何应用该方法确定指标权重，并探讨了主成分分析在城市物流绩效评价中的优越性。
Determining the weights is a key role in the performance evaluation of logistics. This paper first describes the basic theory and practical steps of principal component analysis. Secondly it discussion how to define the index weight of performance evaluation of city logistics. And it discussion the advantages of principal component analysis in city logistics performance evaluation. In the discussion this paper takes 17 cities in Shandong Province as an example.
