摘要
近年来，我国流动性过剩的问题日益突出，如何防止流动性的进一步泛滥已成为亟待解决的问题。本文从内外部均衡的角度，对我国流动性过剩产生的原因进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策建议：继续金融市场深化，建立有效的可调控手段；加快汇率制度改革，加强外汇管理；加大金融创新力度，提高信贷能力；加强金融监管，降低金融风险。
Over recent years, the problem of liquidity excess became more serious.How to prevent liquidity overflowing is the question which becomes urgently awaits to be solved. This paper endeavours to analyse the reasons of liquidity excess from the point of view of interior and exterior balanced, and makes corresponding policy recommendations： deepen finance market continuously, Establish the effective adjustable method; Speed up the exchange rate system reform, Strengthen the exchange control; Increases the financial innovation dynamics, Sharpen the credit ability; Strengthen financial supervising and managing, Reduces the financial risk.
