摘要
在阐述教师专业发展内涵的基础上,分析了中小学教师专业发展面临的困境,论述了高师图书馆对中小学教师专业发展的作用。
Based on elaborating the connotation of professional development of teachers, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the professional developnlent of the teachers in local primary and middle schools, and expounds the functions of higher normal school library for the professional development of the teachers in local primary and middle schools.
