摘要
目的:观察西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:选择符合条件的住院和门诊患者38例分成两组,分别给予西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗,疗程8周,用HAMD量表在用药前及用药后第2、4、6、8周评定药物疗效,用TESS量表评定不良反应。结果:西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症疗效相当,但西酞普兰起效快,不良反应轻。结论:西酞普兰治疗抑郁症是安全有效的,并且起效快、不良反应轻。
Objective ：To study the efficacy and side effects of citalopram in the treatment of depression. Methods： Using38 patients according to the conditions in hospital or outpatient were treatedrandomly with citalopram and amitriptyline for 8weeks, and measured with HAMD and TESS before treatment and 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment. Results： The both drugs were similar in efficacy. citalopram showed effects earlier and fewer sidy effects than amitriptyline. Conchlusions： eitalopram was a good efficacy and less side effects and convenient drug.
