摘要
目的:观察针灸治疗变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:利用体针疗法(主方:风池、迎香、肺俞、太渊)与耳穴压丸、穴位微波照射治疗由肺气虚寒,卫表不固;脾气虚弱,清阳不升;肾阳不足,湿煦失职;肺经伏热,上犯鼻窍等原因所致的变态反应性鼻炎。结果:治疗后症状、体征均改善,随访1年并无复发。结论:针灸治疗可改善和增强血液的流动性,增加血流量,从而调节和控制人体的免疫功能,达到治疗的目的。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of allergic rhinitis teated by acupuncture. Methods： Body acupuncture at Fengchi（GB 20） ,Yingxiang（Ll 20） ,Feishu（BL 13）and Taixi（KI 3） ,ear .points stimu-lated with herbal seeds,and microwave irradiation at acupoints were applied for allergic rhinitis induced by qi deficiency of lung with cold leading to failure of defensive qi in protection, qi deficiency of spleen leading to failure of clean yang in ascending,yang deficiency of kidney with failure in warming, heat retention in lung affecting nose, etc. Results：Symptoms and signs were all improved after treatment. Follow-up for one year found no recurrence. Conclusion：Acupuncture can improve and increase the blood circulation, consequently the immune function is regulated and promoted,and the effect is achieved.
