摘要
介绍了用于设计栅条的光线追迹和三级像差理论,用MATLAB软件设计Ronchi栅条并给出了计算绘图的流程图。输入参数包括:大抛物面镜顶点曲率半径,点光源到光栅的距离等。得到包括偶数与奇数的不同数量的Ronchi栅条。结果表明:此方法可以准确快速的得到横向像差,为Ronchi光栅的设计提供了一种新方法。所设计的线条的绘制质量高,具有线条边缘清晰,光滑等优点。
Ray tracing and the third-order aberration theory on design of Ronchi grating are introduced. The Ronchi gratings are designed with MATLAB and the flow chart of computer plotting is given. Input parameters include different paraxial curvature radius of large paraboloid mirror radius, different distance between spot source and Ronchi grating distance and so on. The Ronehi gratings of different odd number and even number are obtained. The result shows that the method can get the lateral aberration accurately and quickly and provide a new method for the design of Ronchi grating. The Ronchi gratings designed have the advantages of high quality, clean edges and the smooth fringes.
