摘要 光纤与同轴电缆相比,具有抗干扰能力强、传输损耗小、质量轻等优点。采用高线性激光二极管直接调制的方法设计和研制了一种简单、实用和低成本的模拟信号光纤传输模块。测试结果表明,模块的3dB带宽为DC~3MHz,0~5V范围内模块的非线性误差最大为1.2%,可以用于复杂电磁环境中模拟信号的无干扰传输。 Compared with coaxial-cable,optical fiber has more advantages, such as strong antiinterference ability, low transmission loss and light weight. An analog optical fiber transmission module is designed and developed by using direct modulation method based on high linear laser diode. It is simple and practical with low cost. The test results show that the --3 dB bandwidth of module is DC-3 MHz, and the maximal nonlinear error is 1.2% in the range of 0-5 V. It is suitable for noninterference transmission of analog signal in the complicated electromagnetic environment.
