摘要
混联法生产系统中,烧结法粗液深度脱硅过程生成主要由钙水化石榴石组成的钙硅渣。将烧结法钙硅渣做为拜耳法溶出过程的添加剂,可替代部分石灰,还可使钙硅渣中钙水化石榴石中SiO2的饱和系数x从0.1提高到0.9~1.0,避免了拜耳法溶出脱硅产物带走大量的氧化铝,提高溶出过程的氧化铝回收率。试验研究结果表明,随着拜耳法高压溶出过程钙添加量中钙硅渣添加比例的增大,溶出液αk逐渐降低、溶出赤泥的N/S升高,矿石的相对回收率升高,对提高拜耳法循环效率和生产砂状氧化铝都会产生非常有利的影响。
In mixed combination process, calcium and silicate mud is generated during desilication process, which is mainly made of calcium hydrate garnet. If the calcium silicate mud is used as additives in Bayer process, it may substitute some of llme and increase the saturable factor of SiO2 in calcium hydrating garnet from 0.1 to 0.9 - 1.0 so as to increase the recovery rate of alumina in digestion process. The test shows that digestion solution αk is gradually decreased, N/S of digested red mud is higher and recovery rate of bauxite is greater along with the increase of calcium and silicate mud in the high pressure digestion in Bayer process.
