摘要
在视频监控系统从模拟时代向全数字时代跨越的过程中,传统的闭路电视监控系统已经不适合数字信号的传输与处理的要求。本文通过分析比较目前的四种运动目标自动识别与跟踪系统的功能及其硬件结构,提出一种实现视频监控系统智能化的方案。该方案不仅可以实现各个监控终端可疑运动目标的自动识别与跟踪功能,而且一旦检测到可疑的运动目标便可进行灵活的报警和录像,方便了事后查询和破案。
In the developing process of video surveillance system change from analog era to digital era, traditional CCTV（ closedcircuit television） has not adapted itself to the requirement of digital signal transmission and processing. A scheme that can make surveillance system intelligent is presented in this paper by analyzing and comparing the function and hardware architecture of four kinds of system at present which can recognize and track moving target. The scheme can not only make every surveillance terminal automatically recognize and track dubious moving target, but also can alarm and record flexibly once detecting dubious moving target, therefore it is convenient to inquire and solve cases after something had happened .
