摘要
目的从污水排放口的污泥中分离获得能够降解乐斯本的真菌,并研究其降解特性。方法用紫外分光光度法和总量法测定了外加碳源浓度、初始pH值、乐斯本浓度对真菌的降解能力和生长量的影响。结果分离得到三株降解乐斯本的真菌,三株真菌5d内对50mg·L^-1乐斯本的降解率分别高达93.53%、91.37%、83.45%。结论三株真菌均能以乐斯本为唯一碳源生长从而将其降解,且当乐斯本浓度为20-100mg·L^-1,pH值为6.5-9.0时,真菌的降解效果较好;当乐斯本浓度为50mg·L^-1,pH值为6.5-8.0时,真菌的生长量达到最大。
Objective : To obtain the chlorpyrifos-degrading fungi isolated from sludge at sewage outlet by enrichment and study the degradation characteristics of the fungi. Methods: The effects of carbon source, pH, chlorpyrifos concentration on the ability of degradation and the fungi growth amount were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and gravimetric method. Results: Three chlorpyrifos - degrading fungi were isolated, the degradation rates of chlorpyrifos with concentration of 50mg · L^-1 by these fungi were 93.53%, 91.37% and 83.45% in 5 days respectively. Conclusion: These three fungi, with chlorpyrifos as sole carbon source, can degrade chlorpyrifos. The biodegradation rates arre higher when chlorpyrifos concentration is 20-100mg·L^-1, pH is 6.5-9.0. The growth amount of the fungi is the highest when chlorpyrifos concentration is 50mg·L^-1, pH is 6.5-8.0.
