摘要
目的分析婺城区2004—2005年居民死亡模式、减寿年数和减寿率。方法按照《全国第三次死因回顾抽样调查实施方案》的要求进行回顾性调查。结果前5位死因为恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、脑血管病、心脏病和损伤与中毒。男性平均期望寿命为73.18岁,女性为78.53岁。全死因减寿年数为50464.66人年,标化减寿年数为50502.32人年,标化减寿年数率为58.29‰;前7位减寿年数为恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、消化系统疾病、传染病与寄生虫病。减寿年数顺位与死亡模式顺位相比,损伤与中毒由死因顺位的第5位前移至第2位,呼吸系统疾病由死亡模式顺位的第2位后移至第5位。结论婺城区人均期望寿命为76.01岁,接近2004年浙江省居民平均期望寿命(75.99岁);恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、脑血管病、心脏病和损伤与中毒是居民的主要死因;恶性肿瘤和损伤与中毒是造成婺城区居民相对过早死亡的主要疾病。
OBJECTIVE To study the sequence of death causes, PYLL and rate of PYLL. METHODS Retrospective survey according The guide of the third national retrospective sampling survey on the death causes of residents. RESULTS The top five death cause of residents in Wucheng District were malignant tumor, respiratory, diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, cardiac diseases, and injuries and poisonings, respectively.The average life expectancy was 73.18 years of male, as well as 78.53 years of female. Those PYLL were 50 464.66 man years, standardized to 50 502,32 man years （SPYLL）, and the rate of SPYLL was 58.29‰. According to the PYLL, the leading seven death causes were malignant tumor, injuries and poisonings, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, cardiac diseases, digestive system diseases, Compared with the sequence of death causes, the PYLL sorting displayed that the injuries and poisonings rised from the fifth to the second, while the respiratory, disease descended from the second to the fifth. CONCLUSION The average life expectancy of 76.01 years in Wucheng District was higher than 75.99 years, the average level of Zhejiang province,The top death causes were malignant tumor, respiratory diseases, cerebrovaseular diseases, cardiac： diseases, injuries and Poisoning.Malignant tumor and injuries and poisonings are the major causes of early death in Wueheng residents.
