摘要
采用水培技术,设置7个锌处理浓度,分别测定了处理15d、30d、45d时苦瓜叶片的SOD、POD、CAT酶活性,游离脯氨酸含量及总酚、类黄酮含量等生化指标。结果表明:适量锌可显著提高苦瓜叶片SOD、POD、CAT酶活性,增强苦瓜清除体内氧自由基的能力,有效延缓植株衰老。施锌可以促进苦瓜叶片总酚、类黄酮等一些活性物质的积累,从而提高植株的抗逆性。苦瓜叶片总酚和类黄酮含量的变化趋势略有不同,总酚含量随Zn2+浓度的增加而增加,类黄酮含量则有轻度缺锌和过量锌促进其积累的趋势。缺锌显著促进苦瓜叶片游离脯氨酸的积累,尤其是0.005mg.L-1处理的脯氨酸含量明显高于不施锌处理,而过量锌对苦瓜脯氨酸含量的影响却不显著。
Seven levels of zinc, using nutrition culture, were given to study the effect of zinc on the activity of enzymes (SOD ,POD ,CAT)and so on in balsam pear in diferent stage(15d,30d,45d). The main results were submitted as fellows: Proper zinc application could significantly increase activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase ( CAT), and raised the ability of anti - oxidant of balsam pear leaves and postponed the senescence of plants. Zinc application was useful to accumulate the active matters, such as total phenols and avonoids, to raise the ability of plants to resistant stress. The content of total phenols was increased with increasing of Zn2+ concentration, but the content of flavonoids decreased. Deficiency of zinc could significantly increase the content of free proline in leaves of balsam pear, especially plants under 0. 005 mg ·L^-1. While effects of excessive zinc on free proline in balsam pear were not conspicuous.
