摘要
通过自己多年来在土壤学实验室工作的体会和探讨,对土壤学实验课中常开设的"土壤水解N的测定"、"土壤盐分含量的快速测定"、"土壤有机质的测定"3个实验的传统实验方法作了一些改进,并在教学过程中使用,取得了较好的效果。
Based on years of work and research in the laboratory,three traditional methods of ＂mensuration of soil hydrolytic nitrogen＂,＂expeditious mensuration of soil salinity＂and ＂mensuration of soil organic matter＂ have been improved applied in teaching and good results have been got.
