摘要
采用氧化焙烧—软锰矿浆吸收、磁化焙烧—磁选、酸浸工艺处理砷华废渣。氧化焙烧的适宜条件为:焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间60 min,废渣粒径97μm。磁化焙烧的适宜条件为:焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间30 min。酸浸的适宜条件为:硫酸质量分数20%。经全流程实验,硫以MnSO_4·H_2O的形式回收,产品质量达到工业级硫酸锰一级标准。铁回收率为84.8%,锌回收率为80.9%,处理后废渣中银含量达246 g/t。处理过程产生的废弃物中砷较为稳定。
The arsenolite cinders were treated by the processes of oxidizing roasting-pyrolusite pulp absorption, magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation and acid leaching. The optimum conditions for oxidizing roasting are roasting temperature 650℃, roasting time 60 rain, cinder size 97 μm; The optimum conditions for magnetizing roasting are roasting temperature 550℃ and roasting time 30 rain; And 20% of sulfuric acid mass concentration is the optimum condition for acid leaching. S is recovered in the form of MnSO4 · H2O which can meet the first grade of the quality standard for industrial product MnSO4. The recoveries of Fe and Zn are 84.8% and 80.9% respectively. The content of Ag in the treated cinder is 246 g/t. As in the waste produced during the treatment process is stable.
