本文记述采自山西省雁北地区的蝇科棘蝇属三个新种,分別与其近似种作了比较并绘有特征图。
The present paper deals with three new species from mountainous region in north Shanxi, China. The type-specimens are kept in the Department of Biology, Shenyang Normal College.1. Phaonia jinbeiensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-3)Male: Frons being rather broad, eyes sparsely covered with long hairs, palpi yellow, beret bare, acrostichal bristles (2-3) + l. By a combination of these features the new species may be distinguished from the European species Phaonia zugmayeriae (Schnabl, 1888).Holotype ♂, Youyu (40.1°N, 112.3°E), Shanxi; 16. Ⅶ. 1984; by Wang Ming-fu.2. Phaonia rufivulgaris sp. nov. (figs. 4-8)This new species closely related to Phaonia errans (Meigen, 1826), but the eyes sparsely covered with hairs, inferior orbitals absent on upper half of frons, antennae and palpi dark brown, hind femur with 1 or 2 bristles on the posteroventral surface, dark median stripes on 3rd to 5th tergites obscure.Holotype ♂, Youyu, Shanxi; 16. Ⅶ. 1984; paratype 1♂, same as for holotype; by Wang Ming-fu.3. Phaonia youyuensis sp. nov. (figs. 9-15)This new species closely related to the Eurasian species Phaonia malaisei Ringdahl, 1930, but differs from the latter in the hairs of eyes brown, parafacialia narrow, epistoma slightly ’behind frons at lunule, arista long plumose, longest hairs about 2 times as wide as antenna, palpi black; hind femur only one bristle on the prebasal part of posteroventral surface.Holotype ♂, Youyu, Shanxi; 16.
