摘要
结合当前我国高等教育大众化的实际,从高等教育的类型结构完善、社会转型期产业结构调整和产品技术水平的升级等对本科层次技术应用型人才的需求出发,阐述了发展技术本科,培养本科层次的应用型"技术精英"的必要性,并结合技术本科人才培养的实际提出发展技术本科的相关对策。
With the educational popularization, the improvement of higher education type, the adjustment to industry structure and the update of technology nowadays in China, applied technicians with four-year-college-education are confronting new challenges. This paper argues for the necessity of developing university of technology in order to cultivate the ＂technology elite＂ with four-year-college-education, proposes some relevant strategies to promote university of technology in regard to the present situation of technology university student cultivation.
