摘要
与其它制备薄膜的技术相比,电化学法制备薄膜技术具有无污染、能耗小、产物纯度较高且易于实现控制的自动化的优点,广泛应用于制备陶瓷薄膜、聚合物薄膜、金属薄膜及它们相互混合形成的新型薄膜,具有很强的应用潜力和发展前景。
Thin films fabricated by electrochemical deposition possess many excellent advantages, such as auto-control more easily, higher purification, non-pollution, smaller expense and so on. Now the technology has been applied in preparation of ceramics films, polymer films, metal films and other new type of multiple membranes, so it has a great prospect.
