摘要
利用Microsoft.NET、Oracle9i、ArcGIS Engine等软件工具构建了基于.NET的城市规划管理信息系统。系统采用B/S、C/S混合模式,将城市规划局的办公自动化、规划业务、网上报批及地理信息结合为一体,有效地为城市规划、日常业务办理提供图、文、表、管一体化信息服务。
.Net-based city planning and management information system is programmed by using Microsoft.net, oracle9i and ArcGIS in order to meet the needs of the city planning and management performances. Applying a mixed pattern of B/S and C/S, the system integrates office automation, plan service, on-line requests authorization and geography information, providing chart, Language, table, management information services and routine services.
