摘要
为了提高深部条带开采的生产效率,更好地保护地表形态及建筑物,利用鹤煤九矿深部25采区开掘一个工作面后的观测数据,分析总结出深部极不充分开采条件下地表移动特征的主要结论如下:地表下沉值很小,而全采情况下的最大下沉值是极不充分采动条件下近10倍;地表移动影响范围和全采情况下相差不大,地表下沉盆地十分平缓;地表下沉盆地的拐点一般偏向煤柱一侧,而不是采空区一侧,地表水平压缩变形的范围将延伸到采空区的外侧;时间影响因素表现在地表移动活跃期不存在(下沉速度不大于50mm/月)、地表移动期推迟、不存在超前影响角等。该基本规律适用于类似地质条件下的深部开采矿井,对以后进行深部"三下"压煤开采设计具有指导作用。
For improving production efficiency of strip mining in deep mine and protecting surface and architectures better,observation is made to get surface movement data after mining a face in 25 Mining Area in 9th Colliery of Hebi Coal Group.The main surface movement characteristics under the condition of extremely incompletely mining can be concluded as follow: surface subsidence value is very small,but the maximum subsidence of completed mining is 10 times of this value.Movement range is similar to completed mining but subsidence basin is very gently.Inflexion of subsidence basin is near to coal,not to gob.Range of surface compression distortion extends to outside of gob.Time influence factors include that no active movement phase and advanced influence angle exist and start time of surface movement is delayed.These rules are adaptable for similar geological conditions and provide good suggestion for mining design under architectures,rivers and rail in deep mine.
